In any real estate project it is vital to match the best professional assets to the assignment. Those assets must be able to work closely with your management team.

Chapman Shanks is a boutique firm that carefully selects assignments that it believes it can offer maximum benefit, as such each assignment is managed by our company founder and Managing Director James Shanks MRICS.  If required we are also able to identify external best in class partners to develop a wider project team where necessary.

To maximise communication we recommend the formation of a dedicated ‘Project Team’ comprising both Chapman Shanks and key members of your management.  It is the primary responsibility of the Project Team to link your company’s needs with solutions that are developed by the project team and other external advisors such as legal, design, fit out etc.

To provide the maximum cross flow of ‘intellectual property’ we recommend that the Project Team be empowered to call on key decision makers within your management structure.
